Lake Ida Boat Parade

You will not want to miss the annual 4th of July Boat Parade on Lake Ida.  This year it will start and end at Pilgrim Point (south end ).  It will start at 9:30am and there will be prizes for the best decorated boat.  Hope to see you all there!

We were out on the boat last night enjoying the beautiful sunset and catching a few fish.  It looks like we are going to have beautiful weather for the holiday weekend.

A bit about Lake Ida:  Lake Ida is located in Douglas County.  It is located approximately 130 miles from the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.  It is located 100 miles southeast from Fargo, Morht Dakota.  The lake is 4426.82 acres with a maximum depth of 106 feet.  The water clarity is 8.8 feet.  You will not find a more beautiful recreational lake to live or vacation on!
